Vincent writes for cake decorating magazines in the UK, Australia, South America and the United States. Australian-born and extensively traveled, Vincent has demonstrated sugarcraft during a variety of international venues and celebrity occasions, including many television appearances.

Vincent attended the Cordon Bleu School in London and, while living in Holland, took classes with Wouter Udo, Executive Chef to Queen Juliana. Her work has inspired complimentary mail from a variety of interesting personalities including: The Honorable Lord Wedgwood; Lady-in-Waiting Phillippa de Pass on behalf of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II; Parisian fashion designer Christian Lacroix; and Gilles Renusson, Chairman Emeritus U.S. Pastry Alliance.

Vincent served as the International Publicity Director for the 1999 and 2000 International Cake Exploration Societé (ICES) Conventions. Vincent is a charter member of The Pastry Alliance, co-founded the Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show in 1993 and founded a special national wedding cake competition. Vincent is also an active fundraiser for charitable causes.
